We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team. This role combines commercial legal work with compliance responsibilities, supporting a fast-paced, global company operating in the gaming industry.

You will work closely with multiple departments to support business growth while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including:
  •  SaaS and software license agreements
  •  NDAs and vendor agreements
  • Support and maintenance agreements
  • Data processing agreements (DPA’s)
  • Professional services agreements
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams (e.g,: Product, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Monitization,CRM)
  • Identify Legal and Compliance risks and escalate when needed


Compliance & Regulatory

  • Support compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions
  • Assist in reviewing promotions, campaigns, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Help ensure adherence to terms & conditions, eligibility rules, and prize structures
  • Support implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, consumer protection laws)
  • Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with payment, KYC, and anti-fraud guidelines
  • Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes


Additional Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and improve contract templates and internal legal processes
  • Assist in managing agreements' life cycle
  • Support internal training and guidance
  • Handle additional legal and administrative tasks as required
  • LL.B. (Law degree) from an accredited Academic institution
  • 4+ years of experience, either:
  •  As in-house counsel, or
  • As an associate in a law firm (preferably high-tech/commercial department)
  • Strong interest in gaming /online promotions and compliance
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, along with a “Can do” attitude
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
